Out early this morning - we wanted to finish with the corrugations! Drove a further 200kms south to Laura where we climbed to Split Rock to see some great Aboriginal Art on the surrounding rock faces.

Then - ahhhh - tarmac - what bliss.... Quick pit stop for lunch at Lakeland, and a much needed free car wash just out of town. Then onto a very popular free camp at Mount Molloy, where we luckily managed to squeeze in to throw open the tent. Next to us was a young family from Campbelltown who were on the road for 2.5 years! Their son Jake really enjoyed playing with our kids that night, whilst the adults sat around sharing stories. A pleasant end to our adventure on the Cape.
